      struck down a New York law requiring people to demonstrate a particular need for carrying a gun in order to get a license to carry one in public

      Yeah this seems like Constitution 101. Easy decision, IMO.

        Read Thomas' decision...There's some pretty good thoughts in there about what the Constitution does does and does not do.
