Yeah this seems like Constitution 101. Easy decision, IMO.
Read Thomas' decision...There's some pretty good thoughts in there about what the Constitution does does and does not do.
Oh, and an odd thought...I wonder if something akin to Jane's Revenge or whatever those idits call themselves will vandalize gun stores?
