Thomas Speaks

A lot of what he says there makes sense. But what is the answer?
The problem to me seems "cultural".
For example, Hong Kong piles "po' people on top of po' people", but I am pretty sure that they do not have the problems that were in the US high rise poor housing.
How do you change the culture?
I am interesting in HOW it should be done, not WHAT should be done. For example, easy to say that kids should not have kids. Fathers should be part of the kids lives, etc. I think everyone agrees. HOW do you get that to happen?

We have created a culture where fathers and their role in a stable society does not matter. We have created a culture where people have no incentive because of government largess. We have created a culture that devalued the neighborhood school. And we have created a culture that devalued God and His place in everyday life.
I find it interesting that Thomas' grandfather and Thomas Sowell had very similar views on public housing.
