419 is the Nigerian law code against internet fraud.
Anyway, there are some great anti-scam things pulled by people on there.
Here is an example of a funny one where he gets the scammer to send him wood carvings, etc. LOL

The "Glitter Booby-Trap" guy did a video exposing some of the call-center frauds in India. It's astonishing how effective these a-holes are. It only takes one email to become profitable, and you can send out millions - basically for free. A total loss of $60 million dollars lost to scammers.
