His mannerisms remind me a little of second term Reagan. He's not actually away with the fairies, but he's attended a couple of open houses there.

      I was only joking

Not to mention, what head of state would volunteer to go on Jimmy Kimmel?

Talk about cringe. Listening to Biden talk in a format like that is an exercise in bracing for the impact of sympathetic embarrassment.

          Education is extremely important.

@Catseye3 said in Biden on Kimmel:

Not to mention, what head of state would volunteer to go on Jimmy Kimmel?

He's preaching to the choir, trying to say that things are actually OK despite what your lying' wallet is telling you.

Meanwhile on the way to the interview:

"Now look here, you Baltic gas passer... " - Mik, 6/14/08

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Kimmel is in a psychological sweet spot where he's dumb enough to be a True Believer in literally all of his tribal messaging, but smart enough to be a good entertainer. A perfect useful idiot. He'll even cry during heartfelt monologues about some politically valent tragedy of the day.

He is a pathetic old man who stumbles through simple conversation.

                  It is sad.

He should go home and hide, that's what got him elected.

At the start he said they've done a lot of major things... if that was Trump or Bush, you know Kimmel would've been like "Ok name one", but nope......not for Biden.

In truth, there have been some major things. I don't know I would say a lot of them.

The Afghan withdrawl. Despite the clusterfuck that was, we are out of there. Not entirely sure Trump's withdrawl would have been a lot better.

The third COVID package. My feeling is it was not needed and in the end was more harmful than helpful.

The infrastructure bill. I'm not seeing much movement there yet, but maybe, just maybe, Cincinnati will get a new I75 bridge, much needed.
