Because the likelihood that a particular store that was looted now will be looted again in future events isn't higher than for any other store, maybe?
These riots are somewhat random in their destructiveness, I assume.
Tell that to some of the businesses in Watts.

I think Walmart being a target (see what I did there?) is non-random. They have TVs and other stuff.
It’s more about how often you view such events occurring. Are these once in 50 years? Or will we have one every time a video is released of a black person killed by cops?
It’s also possible that some of these stores were marginal for Walmart to begin with.
