I guess the WaPo correcting unemployment numbers was really on point. More evidence of it today, not.

I heard AA just went to 75% of its old schedule.
Anecdotally, a friend flew LGA-ORD on them Friday and said the plane was 75-80% full. LGA was quiet but ORD busy and half the people not wearing masks.

Guy texted me just a few minutes ago, on his way back:
Plane taking off shortly. Based on lack of consistent mask wearing, etc., it will be a while before we fly again. Son will go back to Michigan via car.

A friend just flew Chicago - LAX on United. She said that the plane was about 70% full, all middle seats (except for her row and one other LOL ) were empty.
United requires masks, and if you did not have one, they gave you one. Also were handing out sanitize wipes if you wanted to wipe your seat, tray etc.
Snack was given out in a sealed plastic bag - water bottle, nuts, napkin. No meal service was to be given.

Lots of stocks on sale today. Might be further discounted in the coming weeks, too.
