Record count for one of the races at the Masters

You probably saw the story that for the first time ever there were 3 black players in the Masters this year: Tiger Woods, Harold Varner III and Cameron Champ. It was in all the papers and mentioned during the broadcast.
Tony Finau and Vijay Singh played, why don't they count?
Am I a racist?
Tony Finau
Vijay Singh

Well considering an African (Charl Schwartzel) had the lead a few times, too... oh wait, he's white so nevermind. Oh and the gents you showed above are of Polynesian descent (tonga, fiji, etc)... You must fit a very specific criteria to be considered black, for example, you could have parents from jamaica and india.
