Even MORE ridiculous to be chasing floozies while your wife is in the audience. 🤣

It is indeed a poor strategy.

I don't get the impression that's a high critical thinking household.

        Please love yourself.

Any evidence to suggest that it’s the wife who objected to the dancing?

I was sitting in the old Ryman back in the 70's when Dolly came on stage. The crowd went wild, of course, but there was one guy in front of me that was absolutely going nuts, up to the point he was making a few lewd comments about her anatomy and some of the things he'd love to do with her.

His wife slapped the snot out of him.

                He didn't say another word...

Ever heard of Mike Snyder? He was a world class banjo player/comedian who was a regular (might still be) at the Grand Ole Opry. He told a joke about dolly.....

"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm pleased to announce that we have a celebrity in the audience, sitting on the back row. Let's give a big round of applause for a true legend, ms. Dolly Parton!"

Then he'd give the crowd time to clap and turn around in their seats to catch a glimpse of Dolly, then he'd say

"Oops, I'm sorry... my mistake... it's just 2 bald headed men sitting next to each other....."

                      There is that I suppose.
