@Axtremus Leader McConnell wanted a stand-alone bill to fund Ukrainian assistance, not part of the "omnibus" bill.

Here's some of the other things those senators voted against:
- $1.6 million for the "development of equitable growth of shellfish aquaculture in Rhode Island."
- $3 million for a Gandhi museum in Houston
- $3 million for the Palo Alto History Museum
- $800,000 for "artist lofts" in Pomona, California
Supposedly Rick Scott pushed for a separate bill just limited to Ukraine.
