Didn't make it to the floor, from what I understand.

McConnell said if he were majority leader, he would have brought the supplemental funding for Ukraine to the floor as a standalone bill and predicted "virtually every one of my members would've voted for it." Thirty-one Republican senators voted against the spending package that included the aid.

Here's some of the other things those senators voted against:
- $1.6 million for the "development of equitable growth of shellfish aquaculture in Rhode Island."
- $3 million for a Gandhi museum in Houston
- $3 million for the Palo Alto History Museum
- $800,000 for "artist lofts" in Pomona, California
Supposedly Rick Scott pushed for a separate bill just limited to Ukraine.
