Agreed, interesting way to view it. Overall he's probably right. I've often said that 9/10 people will hold the door for you if you need it, among other civil/polite acts of humanity. Unfortunately the media spends all their time focusing on the 1/10 out there...which makes it seem like society is much worse off than it actually is.
