I'd concentrate on the refineries. Oil and gas are Russia's economic lifeblood.

Good point. Somewhere, perhaps in a link I posted a while ago, there was a comment that Ukraine's attacks on the refineries has cut Russian oil processing by 13% or so.
I also saw a story that the Biden administration has cautioned that Ukraine should not strike targets outside its borders.

Interesting:
Ukrainians just might have hit something more than a routine weapons factory. Could have a negative effect on the Kremlin in a large predominantly Muslim region.
