Good point. Somewhere, perhaps in a link I posted a while ago, there was a comment that Ukraine's attacks on the refineries has cut Russian oil processing by 13% or so.

I also saw a story that the Biden administration has cautioned that Ukraine should not strike targets outside its borders.

I saw that in The Moscow Times this morning as well. Goes to show you that in the Russian army anyone’s son will do.

I hope he does not die well fighting for Putin or his cause.
