Interesting
My gallows humor keeps imagining this scenario where Russia is eventually beaten back, Putin removed from power, and five years later Ukraine attacks Poland bearing the Swastika and we find out Zelensky is really Adolph Hitler’s great-grandson…

Imagine that, you invade a country, and are shocked when they push back.
That actually would be huge news, and is what I wondered about last week but was quickly told that it wouldn’t happen, Ukraine would only fight a defensive war and not attack targets in Russia itself.

True. I can see them justifying it by saying that the oil depot was used to provide supplies for the Russian invaders. It might be a weak response, but nothing like attacking a city in Russia.

It is good for the country feelings to do this.
I remember @Jolly (?) posting a story about the first US bombs to Tokyo. At the time, not much "war" value, but it really got the spirits up.

The Ukrainian president accused the two officials of failing to do their duty and protect Ukraine.
He also warned that they "will all be punished," but said he did not currently have time to deal with them.
"Now, I do not have time to deal with all the traitors. But gradually they will all be punished," Zelensky said in his address.
