"Individuals should avoid being in a group larger than 10 individuals (including those within the individual’s household). Within these groups, individuals should, to the extent possible, minimize in- person contact with others not in the individual’s household. Minimizing in-person contact includes maintaining 6 feet of separation from individuals. When maintaining 6 feet of separation is not feasible, other methods should be utilized to slow the spread of COVID-19, such as wearing a face covering or mask, washing or sanitizing hand frequently, and avoiding sharing utensils or other common objects.
Individuals should maintain 6 feet of separation from others outside the individual’s group. A group is defined as no more than 10 persons including the members of the household and those persons who traveled together to the event."

Local approval for large outdoor gatherings (those with an estimated attendance exceeding 500 individuals) is appropriate in this instance because a statewide standard is unable to take into account the various factors needed to ensure such a gathering in varied locations is safe and will minimize the spread of COVID-19. Further, business parity is not an issue at large outdoor events.
In evaluating large gatherings (those with an estimated attendance exceeding 500 individuals), the county judge or the mayor, as applicable, in consultation with the local public health authority, should consider the following factors:
The overall number of projected attendees;
The likelihood of individuals over the age of 65 attending;
The density of the forum and the ability to ensure social distancing of 6 feet between individuals; and
The level of transmission in the county.
Gatherings of less than 500 individuals may proceed consistent with all the health protocols above
without approval of the county judge, local health authority, or mayor, as applicable.Continued hypocrisy on the Floyd matter wouldn't surprise me, but misleading accusations from Matt Walsh wouldn't either.
Another memorial service will be held on June 6 in Raeford, North Carolina, the state where Floyd was born, at Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters. A public viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. local time and a memorial service will start at 3 p.m.
The celebration of life services will head to Houston, Texas, where Floyd had previously lived, on June 8. A public visitation will occur at The Fountain of Praise on Hillcroft Avenue from noon to 6 p.m. local time.

‘South Carolina racial justice activists said they would postpone future demonstrations or move them online after at least 13 people who took part in previous protests tested positive for the coronavirus.
As the number of cases across the country continued to climb ominously Monday, organizers of “I Can’t Breathe” protests in South Carolina urged participants to get tested for the virus.
In a video posted Sunday on Facebook, organizer Lawrence Nathaniel said demonstrators who marched in Columbia, S.C., between May 30 and June 17 had tested positive. He said four organizers were confirmed infected, along with three photographers and six protesters. “We need to do our part,” he said. “Go get tested. I confess part of me wants the protesters to get sick, especially those that desecrate statues, burn businesses and break the backs of those hard working people that have their lives invested in their businesses.
I hope they get real sick. And, lots of them.
Ax, I'm ahead of your "what about Trump rallies" question, which I'm sure would be coming.
No, I don't want any patriots to get sick. Frankly, after watching the Trump crowds, I might suggest Jenny Craig so they don't get sick later in life. I think pound for pound, Trump rallies have the street protesters beat.
