What is a woman?

People have been successfully seduced by the so-called “scientific” justifications of “sex as a spectrum”. Combine this with general ignorance about definitions of sex (biologists base it on gamete size, lay people on chromosomes or gonads or secondary sex characteristics, all of which are more variable - there are XXY and intersex people, but there are no “intermediate” gametes)
No doubt that there is a very real and veeeerrrrysmall number of people genetically transgendered and allowances must and should be made for them.
The problem is that “TG” is not being diagnosed and defined by geneticists, but instead by essentially HS Guidance Counselors who promptly recommend Hormone Blockers and are basing their diagnosis on Gender Dysphoria which is a very different and generally misunderstood problem of it’s own.
I still think the ultimate problem has to do with the number of people with real and serious emotional and psychological issues that have gone into the psychiatric field, gotten their degrees, and then use their degrees and education to justify their own kinks.

"Matt Walsh, Daily Wire podcast host and best-selling children’s author, made an appearance on Dr. Phil that will reverberate across the country for quite some time."
For some reason, I am not sure this will reverberate across the country. Granted, I am be an outlier, but I
A. never heard of Matt Walsh
B. barely know who Dr. Phil is
C. never heard of this story except here on this forum board. He did bring up an interesting question however. I think that overall, I am pretty non-judgmental, but I think it is like jon said above, there may be a concrete definition or no definition at all. Depends on which side you fall to.

You may have never heard of Matt Walsh, but I guarantee 8/10 people on the street know who Dr. Phil is.

Disagree.
Millions watch 'ol Phil wax psychological. When he discusses a subject, many times it becomes dinner conversation.
That's different. Phil actually discusses a subject. The example above is just literally parroting the interview. There's nothing new. All you get from the writeup is exactly what you'd get from the video.
-
If, big if, you had seen the show or the video.
Don't hate writers. Life is tough enough for them.

@jon-nyc Combination of:
People don’t really buy it but don’t want to appear “transphobic”
People haven’t thought about it enough to spot the glaring contradictions . . . and etc.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^That's one answer. Another answer to Lufin's question is that it is what Stephen King once characterized as boolsheet.
