What about the astronaut who spends more than half a year in the International Space Station?
Regardless of whether you consider Donald Trump's actions "actions of idiots," the world have changed and there are increasing volume of legitimate real life scenarios that compel a healthy democracy to revisit residency requirements as they pertain to democratic elections.
