I bought some of the new pasta shape, cascatelli, so I'm going to make a ragu with it. Nice for a very inhospitable night. The article on the shape itself is interesting if you are into that sort of thing.

This is going to sound a little strange, but I swear it’s true.
My son’s bestie’s uncle invented cascatelli.

Six degrees from me would get you far. I’ve worked with two Treasury Secrearies and grew up with an Oscar winning best actor. My sister was on a first name basis with the last two Federal Reserve chairs, So six degrees would be deep in politics, banking, Hollywood, business, pharma.
And I know Klaus.

2 degrees. I knew Philip Seymour Hoffman from high school and he starred with her in a 93 film. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Boyfriend's_Back_(1993_film)

The verdict on cascatelli is two thumbs up. Holds sauce well, has a nice bite.
