I’ve read some of the claims, he’s already lost.
The bit about inside information trading with Bill Belichek will be interesting though.
-
He's also saying that the Dolphins owner offered him $100,000/game to tank in 2019.
-
Saints were supposed to be interviewing him.
I think he can kiss that one good-bye...
-
He also said Elway and the Broncos were an hour late to the interview in 2019, they were dressed and smelled like they had been out all night drinking and slept in their clothes, and we’re barely conscious during his interview.
The Broncos have provided notes and minutes from the meeting that would seem to refute his accusation and there might be a video that they are holding back for the case.

It will be really hard to prove that "RACISM!!!" was the reason for any of these things. Deciding who to hire before interviewing all scheduled candidates is not really abnormal, but I guess the Rooney Rule makes it more awkward for the NFL. Losing games, tampering with a QB, etc.... nothing to do with race. Heck, I could see an owner implying that he wants better draft picks, LOL. Wink wink nod nod he said so knowingly.

He was also complaining that all the owners (except publicly owned GB) are white billionaires.
OK, so what?
Is the NFL supposed to create a new owner with properly colored skin?
Why don't some black billionaires (several exist) buy a team?
Shahid Khan - Jaguars
Kim Pegula - BillsBoth people of color, one female, both majority owners of their teams.
There are many minority owners of color.

The Denver Broncos are now officially for sale.

Is Manning a person of color?

Yes.
Arctic White.

Interesting piece. It covers players, coaches, assistants, execs, etc.

Sarah Isgur and David French did an Advisory Opinions episode on this. They concur it will be hard to win but point out that it’s probably worth a lot of money to the NFL to avoid discovery.
Makes sense, I can’t imagine they want every team’s communication about every “Rooney Rule” interview to be made public. And every team is a co-defendant.

When Black Monday came, there were eight vacancies. They are now all filled.
Flores was not hired.
