He'd be a really good NFL sportscaster. very photogenic and, I expect, charming when he wants to be.

He's still GOAT. I wish him well.

        Or maybe he isn't.

Fansided: So…is Tom Brady retiring? The Buccaneers reportedly have not been informed, with Brady still weighing his options.

Brady likes to break his own news, and when the GOAT doesn’t get a chance to control his own narrative, he gets upset. That appears to be what’s happening now, at the very least.

        https://fansided.com/2022/01/29/tom-brady-retire-not-official-yet/

With Adam Schefter and Jeff Darlington breaking the supposed news that Brady will retire after 22 seasons this afternoon, the Buccaneers were caught off-guard."

If the Bucs really were caught offguard with this, they were more caught offguard than any caught offguard person in history.

Also: "Prior to either of those reports dropping, Brady’s agent Don Yee released a statement saying that he has yet to make a decision and that he “will be the only person to express his plans with complete accuracy.”

I think he's gone. He's worth $600M. Brees is gone, Big Ben is gone, so just who is left to compete against. And I think this last season has worn on a lot of folks.

I think he just wants to make the announcement on his terms, on his timing...

Yep. Everyone coming up is so much younger, and it's not reasonable to believe that at 45 he will get better. He was speaking a couple weeks ago on the cost of his career to his wife and kids. That's a powerful incentive.

I'm not sold on that...I've seen him in two of those celebrity golf challenges and he is pretty dull to listen to. Peyton, on the other hand, is great on camera.

Tom Brady, after living a full life, died.

When he got to Heaven God was showing him around. They came to a nice little house with a faded Patriots flag in the window. "This house is yours for eternity Tom.", said God. "This is very special, not everyone gets a house up here". Tom felt very special, indeed, and walked up to his house.

On his way up the porch, he noticed another house just around the corner. It was a huge 3 story mansion, with orange and black sidewalks and driveways, a 50 foot tall flag pole with an enormous Bengals flag waving, a swimming pool in the shape of a tiger, a Cincinnati Bengals logo in every window, and a #9 Joe Burrow jersey on the front door.

Tom looked at God and said "God, I'm not trying to be ungrateful, but I have a question. I was an all-pro QB, I won 7 Super Bowls, and I even went to the Hall of Fame."

God said "So what's your point Tom?"

"Well, why does Joe Burrow get a better house than me?"

God chuckled, and said "Tom, that's not Joe's house, that's mine."

A Boston sports insider with a history of bombshell scoops regarding NFL legend Tom Brady has dropped another one.

Veteran broadcaster and reporter Dale E. Arnold tweeted on Thursday that he "would not be surprised" if Brady played somewhere other than Tampa next season, hinting instead at a possible arrival with the Miami Dolphins -- "try a little further south."ttps://www.audacy.com/wqam/sports/miami-dolphins/tom-brady-reportedly-working-on-trade-out-of-tampa-to-miami-dolphins

Doubtful. As Joe of JoeBucsFan pointed out, Brady wouldn't court all those players only to blow town.

There's been a rash of doofy rumors surrounding the Brady story.

There are a bunch of reasons for him to stay with Tampa and none for him to go somewhere else.

Miami’s gay culture is perhaps America’s most vibrant. Whether that is a reason for Brady to go there is a matter of speculation though, and I am NOT here to spread rumors that are already established as known fact.

Headline: Peyton Manning wants the retirement gifts he gave Tom Brady back.
                                        ^^^^^^^^
Peyton Manning welcomed Tom Brady into the retired quarterbacks club with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine.

Now that Brady has broken out of that club, he wants his stuff back.

"I want the letter back," Manning said. "You got to read all these nice things. I want it back. I want the bottle of wine back, too."
