I wonder where those kidneys end up.

Where are the doctors who transplant the kidneys into other people located? How does one arrange such a transaction?

So many questions, but I can't get past the part about selling their 6- and 8-year old daughters. Ugh.

Here’s an article about the kidney trade in Afghanistan.

          https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/06/world/asia/selling-buying-kidneys-afghanistan.html

          I take issue with this:

“In Afghanistan everything has a value, except human life,” said Dr. Mahdi Hadid, a member of Herat’s provincial council.

The market for kidneys is affirmation that human life has value.

The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

I actually think we should allow it here, with special conditions attached, such as a waiting period.

The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.
