        Coronavirus is a common problem in felines. It is a cause of FIP (feline infectious peritonitis).

        I'm not sure if this is the same strain that is the current problem.

        Coronavirus in cats, as I said, is common. It's not a problem until it mutates, spreading to abdominal tissues ("Wet FIP) or the central nervous system ("Dry FIP").
