I know you're allowed to do it, but that seems really freaking dangerous.

    Yeah, it's insane.

Just because something is legal it's not necessarily a good idea.

I have to assume that this was well-planned, with as few turns along the route as possible.

        And very early morning.

My personal driving speed record is on a stretch of the autobahn west of Munich, I hit 240kph which is 150mph. Early morning on a Sunday. Still I remember passing a couple of cars like they were standing still.

I thought the footage was high-quality fake, until it cut to the drivers. Guess it was real. Going ~260 mph is ridiculously fast. I'm surprised they weren't wearing helmets, too.

I'd want to know a lot about my tires.

A set of tires for the Chiron is about $10K, and they are good for about 5 minutes of driving 400+ KPH. Then you need a new set.

I'm enjoying the 45 mph spot lately.

Let’s face it though, if you are owning and driving a Chiron the cost of tires is immaterial.

I remember once asking a fellow who owned a Hummer about the fuel economy. His answer was if you own a Hummer you aren’t concerned about fuel economy or its cost.

                  Elbows up!

I’d love to see a POV of one of the cars being passed…Imagine you’re driving along at a nice 90-100kph and then that thing blows past you at 400….
