As I told my friend who sent me that story... So the girl (who says she's a boy) still competes as a girl, but has her breasts removed (hello improved hydrodynamics?) and when she won (beating the boy who says he's a girl) she pulled her top off to celebrate.
To be clear, I have no problem with that form of celebration. Would make the olympics much more interesting.
