When you watch it Biden stumbles as if he can’t remember Trump’s name. That might be the scariest part.
Waiting for the reporter who asked Romney about his gaffes to comment on this...

The only hope here for Biden supporters is that this is all out of context and not an accurate portrayal.

I'm calling BS on this.
It's edited, at exactly the right spot to stitch together two segments.
Watch it again, and see what I mean? -

CNN: What Biden said was outrageous. But, some say, so was the reaction
Critics pounced.
Tim Scott of South Carolina, the lone black Republican in the Senate, criticized Biden, saying 1.3 million black Americans voted for Trump in 2016.
"I'd say I'm surprised, but it's sadly par for the course for Democrats to take the black community for granted and brow beat those that don't agree," he said.
The Trump campaign called the remarks "racist and dehumanizing."
"He truly believes that he, a 77-year-old white man, should dictate how Black people should behave," said Katrina Pierson, a senior adviser with the campaign, in a statement.
But others who were angered by Biden's comments focused more on the tone of his comments.
"There is no place for a white man to define blackness in America," said Hawk Newsome, chairman of Black Lives Matter in Greater New York."
Asked if he disagreed with the content of Biden's comments, Newsome replied:
"The tonality of Mr. Biden's statement was condescending and insensitive. If he would have stated differently, we wouldn't be having this conversation."By the end of the day, Biden seemed to have received the message loud and clear. He should not have been "so cavalier," a chastened Biden said

Redefining What It Means to Be Black in America
November 13, 20072:28 PM ET
JUAN WILLIAMS> A Single Race?
Another revelatory finding in the Pew poll is that 37 percent of African Americans now agree that it is no longer appropriate to think of black people as a single race. A little more than half of the black people polled — 53 percent — agreed that it is right to view blacks as a single race. And the people most likely to say blacks are no longer a single race are young black people, ages 18-29.
Forty-four percent of those young black people say there is no one black race anymore, as compared to 35 percent of the 30- to 49-year-old black population, and 34 percent of the black people over age 65.
The split in the black race comes down to a matter of values, according to the poll. In response to the question, "Have the values of middle-class and poor blacks become more similar or more different?" 61 percent of black Americans said "more different." White Americans agreed, with 54 percent saying there is a growing values gap between the black middle class and the black poor; 45 percent of Hispanics agreed, too.

Biden: 'If You Don't Let Me Sniff Your Hair, You Ain't A Woman'
In a recent interview with a female representative of the segment of the human species identifying as female, Biden made a strong case for why all women everywhere should vote for him without question, or at least let him sniff their hair.
"Look, the thing, you know what it is," Biden said. "The womenfolk know what's at stake in this election. It's hairy simple. Just let me vote on you, or you vote for me, the vote, b-b-b-blond applesauce baloney. Simple choice. If you don't let me smell your hair, you ain't a woman!" Biden then sat back in his chair with a smile, having "totally nailed" another interview.
The female interviewer blinked a couple of times and followed up with some clarifying questions. "Mr. Vice President Biden, sir, if I may follow up on that, did you just say that if a woman doesn't let you stick your nose in her hair then she's not a real woman?"
"I b-didn't think I could possibly be more not clear!" Biden said with a perplexed look on his face. "If you don't let me personally walk up behind you unannounced and bury my shnozzola deep within your flowing locks of cascading curly hair, YOU AIN'T A REAL WOMAN! NO MALARKEY!"
Witnesses then walked in on Biden conversing with a Cabbage Patch doll who he mistook for a female interviewer. After hearing the news, feminists around the country responded by lining up outside Biden's house to get a complimentary hair sniff, thereby affirming their statuses as real women.

Turley commnets on how CNN is carrying water for Biden in this story:
CNN's John King just began a question on how "some are trying to make a big deal over" Biden's "you're not black" comment. CNN then played the clip ending with “I extended the Voting Rights Act 25 years. I have a record that is second to none." However, the quote was edited to exclude the next line: "The NAACP has endorsed me every time I’ve run. Come on, take a look at my record.” That is a false statement that the NAACP has publicly rebutted...
...thus, on such false statements, CNN is not making a "big deal about it." It is simply editing it out. Not a big deal. That is not one of the "facts first" stories. This is the type of media indulgence that I wrote about yesterday...
CNN just replayed the same edited clip in another interview, preceded by a derisive comment about those "trying to make hay about this." In a story where Biden is proclaiming his support among black voters, CNN omitted the line where he falsely claims multiple NAACP endorsements.

The outrage by the Right is typical in its hypocrisy. Over the last 2 days trump tweets:
post calling 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton a "skank."
Retweeted a post suggesting -- contrary to science -- that hydroxychloroquine is an effective treatment for coronavirus, adding these words: "Many physicians agree with you. Also, some very good studies!"
Retweeted a photo of former 2018 Georgia gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams that included these words: "She fought a tough race, kissed a lot of babies and visited every buffet restaurant in the State."
Retweeted two doctored photos of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- one with a Trump 2020 face mask on and one with duct tape over her mouth. The tweet said: "To protect PolyGrip during this pandemic, we have developed 2 options. With the DJT option, she will be able to tongue and adjust her dentures more easily. With duct tape, she won't be able to drink booze on the job as much."
Tweeted, with no evidence or proof, that mail-in ballots will produce "the greatest Rigged Election in history."
Retweeted an article about the death of an intern in then-Florida Rep. Joe Scarborough's office, adding: "So a young marathon runner just happened to faint in his office, hit her head on his desk, & die? I would think there is a lot more to this story than that?"
Tweeted this unfounded speculation about the 1990s death of the intern in Scarborough's office: "A blow to her head? Body found under his desk? Left Congress suddenly? Big topic of discussion in Florida...and, he's a Nut Job (with bad ratings). Keep digging, use forensic geniuses!"
Tweeted that former Attorney General Jeff Sessions should drop out of the Alabama Senate race -- accusing him of having "no courage, & ruined many lives."
That's all in the last 48 hours.
And now today he is threatening to move the convention out of North Carolina because the democrat governor will not guarantee to allow a full house of people into said convention. Where social distancing probably averages 1 foot, not 6.
