I really dont understand why there is so much. Is it cultural (whether in the black or white or spanish communities)? Access to guns? Breakdown of family?

I promise you, there are more guns than people in the community where I live. We've had one murder by firearm in the last thirty years.
Guns don't kill people. People kill people.
