I've been playing it the background. He talks about SNL and The Onion, and how their wokeness made them unfunny. He touches on his wealth and his spat with Fauxahontas.
"In half a billion years, the sun will grow to the size of earth's orbit. We need to have a plan to be gone by then."
Stuff like that.
I've watched about half of it.

I've watched a good chunk, enjoying it.
I find Musk really intriguing... it seems his brain is working 10x faster than anyone else's but he is personable (enough) to have a good interview.
He also seems to be a calm pragmatist.... for example, explaining the wealth/warren thing. The hosts were trying to joke and get him to apologize, but you could tell he was a little annoyed and was like... (paraphrase) "I didn't have any income so there was no way to pay stock, the only way would be to sell shares and I didn't want to sell shares since that would be morally wrong for the [captain] to sell shares and make money instead of being a good captain and going down with the ship if it went bankrupt"

Mildly interesting fact.
Elon Musk and Oscar Pestorius (the no-legged runner) both went to the same boarding school in South Africa, though not at the same time.

Indeed. The banter between him and the interviewers was SO unscripted, so free-flowing, and so honest. It was refreshing.
When I started watching, I thought, "These interviewers are not very good. Awkward pauses, etc."
But as it progressed, it became less of an interview and more of a conversation - a lot less stilted and more free-wheeling. And the fact that the "interviewers" were not professional "interviewers," just some funny guys asking questions made it so much more genuine.
I loved the "You asked ME" segment.
