Wonder if Biden has COVID?

Biden, as far as we can tell, has been taking reasonable precautions. If despite it all he still contracts COVID-19 and become symptomatic, then perhaps it’s just divine will that the USA get President Kamala Harris soon.

I didn't see the latest Psaki briefing, but she was unmasked during the briefing and Q&A. But when she left the podium, I heard she masked up.
