Is there some kind of specification published for this?

If there is, the mask I wear would probably fail. It is just some lightweight cloth, probably no better or worse than Mr. Jenne's mask.

Who is going to enforce them? And how?

Each mask really should be inspected by a certified mask inspector before each flight.

You can't have any holes in the mask of more than a square inch

You can't have any 3 holes with a cumulative opening greater than 2 square inches

The mask must be free of any viruses

Without this sort of rule and enforcement, the whole mask mandate is a silly charade

We all know he was deliberately being a knobhead. He got exactly what he deserved, rules or not.
