      Sounds like one of those thriller movies where either they cut off a guys fingers to use his fingerprints to open doors or use his eye to do the same.

        Well one of the characters enucleated a guard and used his eyeball to gain access. At the time, I thought, "Gee, I hope the scanner is programmed to do EITHER eye, otherwise the murderer would have to go and retrieve the other eye.
