      Won't work. Second Amendment.

...the new California law is certain to play better on cable than in the courts.

The constitution mentions abortion exactly nowhere. Not so firearms.

The constitution has been overridden by the mob.

Well, the clever thing about Texas SB8, which can be replicated by the CA law, is there doesn’t seem to be a way to enjoin the law prior to enforcement.

              Only non-witches get due process.

In my nave opinion, maybe the second amendment does not cover this. Yes, the amendment protects the right to have a gun, but does not protect the right to use it foolishly.

Yes, murder is against the law

Some democrats don't want to enforce the law

But in general, murder is not allowed

And neither are just about any gun related violent crimes you can imagine

Dude, you don't need to freaking kill people to use a gun foolishly. I had a business dinner with a load of Texans - they all got completely shit-faced drunk on appalling beer and invited us back to their enormous house where they discharged multiple firearms at 1 o'clock in the morning, killing cans and bottles galore.

Now, I'm not a professional psychologist, but I would contend that they were fucking idiots. Constitutionally protected, of course. Abe Lincoln or that Washington guy would have been proud of them.

                    I was only joking
