Some democrats don't want to enforce the law
But in general, murder is not allowed
And neither are just about any gun related violent crimes you can imagine

Dude, you don't need to freaking kill people to use a gun foolishly. I had a business dinner with a load of Texans - they all got completely shit-faced drunk on appalling beer and invited us back to their enormous house where they discharged multiple firearms at 1 o'clock in the morning, killing cans and bottles galore.
Now, I'm not a professional psychologist, but I would contend that they were fucking idiots. Constitutionally protected, of course. Abe Lincoln or that Washington guy would have been proud of them.
