Hay Larry - piano question

Aeolian Mason's from the 1970's can leave a bit to be desired, at least as far as quality of plate castings, overall build quality, etc.
But...The bones are still there for a good rebuild, if everything I read is correct. An artcase at that price might make for a heckuva project...

While I'm playing silly booger...
Link to videoI've not seen a 5'4". I did drive to Dallas and let the wife wring out a 5'10". The pianos are made by Hailun, but there is definitely a tonal difference. The scale is different than the Hailun, and the plate is a little beefier. It's a darker tone, a bit more American than most Asian pianos.

Does it have the A above the serial number? In any event that’s way older.
It's a 5' 8. I don't remember if it had an A above it or not, and it's on the other end of the house. I'm too lazy to go back and look.. lol
