    But regardless, this is an amazing photo.

        Speaking of stuff like that in Chicago, there's a video of the German U-Boat, 505, being transported to it's final home at the Museum of Science and Industry.

        Also, at the museum, there's a 727 (I believe) that you can go into. I suppose that must've been a thrill when air travel was not as common and much more pleasant.

        They flew the thing into Meigs Field, on the lakefront. Meigs is was a short runway (3900 feet), and it was quite a feat getting it down safely.

              There’s no way that boat made it that far without an army of tug boats. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it?
