Shame they couldn't bring Rosenbaum's past record up in the trial...The jury may not have liked the fact he sodomized children...

What is a shame is that regardless of the outcome of the trial
RIttenhouse won't be able to enjoy some of what should be the best years of his life in joyous anonymity

His legal bills for November have already exceeded $100k.

Don't know how much of it he has. The figure I gave was just for the first 15 days of the month. As I understand it, that includes no expenses prior.

I'll say it again, America needs better laws coverage reporting of criminal cases.

              This is like reality TV.

                $11,000,000, during the Kenosha riots.

                I heard $50,000,000.

The current POTUS called Rittenhouse a murderer.

Not aware of that, but I did hear him call Rittenhouse a member of the white supremacists. Yesterday, Psaki punted on that question.

Featured in a recent newsletter by Andrew Torba, the CEO and co-founder of parent company Gab AI, the video, down to its title, perfectly expresses Gab’s editorial line: a mix of faux expertise (Paul is a former eye surgeon), populist outrage, and selective analytical insight that invariably lands in a place where the elites are lying to you, America has lost its way, and white Christian values are under attack. The video also signifies Torba’s own rising profile as a right-wing, Christian (he signs all of his newsletter posts “Jesus is King”),

                          Turley:

The defense filed a new motion for dismissal alleging that the prosecution withheld key video evidence. The defense was given a 3.6MB video while the prosecution used a 11.2MB. The larger file was not provided to the defense "until after the trial concluded."

Given the continual complaints over the "grainy" quality of videos, the withholding of a high def version is astonishing. However this case has been continual train wreck of evidentiary and tactical failures.

Again, did the defense make sure they sabotaged their own case?

                              From way back in July:

The Kenosha County DA's office is a hot mess, and has been for a while.

                              http://kenoshacountyeye.com/2021/07/31/one-of-the-kyle-rittenhouse-prosecutors-to-resign-the-other-has-been-living-with-a-kenosha-judge-sources/

We were also tipped off that T. Clair Binger has been living, at least in small lengths at a time, with one of his best friends, Kenosha Judge Chad Kerkman (D). We aren’t able to tell you if they are still living together or for how long. We reached T. Clair by email and during a fiery exchange, he refused to answer our questions about his living arrangements, instead calling this publication cowardly. We also reached out to Judge Kerkman who didn’t wish to comment. Kerkman was recently elected for another 6 years.

So many people are so performative over the race narrative.

Imagine if KH were a black teenager.

                                    That's it. That's the tweet.
<fixes presumed audience with an icy stare>

meanwhile, she is preaching to a choir of progressive white females and feminized men. That's the audience that gets chills when a black person performs those sorts of words for them. The rest of us roll our eyes, and some of us even realize the blatant racism involved in those performances. Idiots.

                                    Education is extremely important.
