What’s happening in Loudon County?

@LuFins-Dad my house has genderless bathrooms...
But, srsly, as long as there's privacy, i don't think it should be an issue. Of course, that presumes everyone would behave themselves.
Now, locker rooms, otoh.

I will remind you again that this is a school system that has had issues with male and female students meeting in the bathrooms for sex. Which has led to sexual assaults now occurring in the bathrooms. Now you are even removing the prohibition of going into the other toilet.
This may have seemed like a reasonable though expensive compromise before the assaults came to light, and how little oversight is at play in the schools, but now? Not even close. Top it off with the demand/need for women’s only spaces…

SHTF today… Circuit judge came down demanding they release the results of the Investigation. Said attorney/client privilege doesn’t cut it since the attorney was paid with public funding.
The school board is panicking stating that it was their lawyers fault and that the information will destroy current and former employees…

@Aqua-Letifer Jeffrey Morse was quoted as saying that the release would have “negative impacts” on current and possibly former staff. The reports I have heard by a few acquaintances is that it’s worse than negative consequences.
Ziegler and Byard are already facing charges. There may be a few other employees at risk as well. The board is safe from prosecution though,

So at the center of all of this is Commonwealth Attorney (think DA) Buta Biberaj. She’s helped prevent charges being filed the first time against the rapist in the schools, she filed criminal charges against the dad of the victim that disturbed the School Board Meeting, she tried to dismiss the recall cases of two board members, stopped prosecuting nonviolent crime in Loudoun, and is involved with both Facebook groups at the heart of this.
She’s running for re-election and I just received her mailer. Spot the problem…

There are no white males in the picture.
At least I don't think there are any.

To paraphrase...
"Every word in that advertisement is a lie, and that includes 'the' and 'a.'"

Beyond that…
She is the incumbent Commonwealth’s Attorney for LOUDOUN County.

Scott Smith is the dad that was arrested at the school board meeting whose daughter was raped at the school by the trans kid. His daughter’s lawyer primaried Buta Biberaj and lost. His family is also at the top of the Loudoun Love Warriors list.
Apparently they have video from his security system and the neighbors Ring camera…

Somebody needs to go to jail.
For attempted murder.
Penalties for Attempted Murder in Virginia
In Virginia, the penalties for an attempted felony are based on the punishment for the felony that the person attempted to commit. This is also true for attempted murder. If convicted, you may face these punishments:
Attempted murder. Attempted first-degree or second-degree murder is a Class 4 felony under Virginia Code § 18.2-26. The punishment can include between 2 and 10 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $100,000.
I think three years for somebody without a criminal record would be sufficient.
