    Home-made tuna salad?

Celery, tuna, onion, green onion, mayonnaise and assorted spices.

    Do I dare?

It doesn't feel like a good thing to do, though I don't know what the result would be exactly.

High fat items don't freeze well, so I'm thinking the mayo wouldn't freeze well, and if it did it would probably break when it was thawed. The green onions would die. Possibly the onion also, but might be edible but not as crisp.

See what the others say, but I'm not totally on board with the idea.

        That is/was my major concern.

I'd like to make a big batch, but....

I wouldn’t. It will go to mush.

The mayo will likely separate, making it ugh.

              So....

If I want to pre-make and save some tuna salad what can I do?

              Is it even possible?

The celery and green onion would get soft, so hold those out, too. At that point, you might as well just make a fresh batch.
