So do I.
But don't force people.
We had four people quit the local tv station today, one of them has been there over 30 years and is one of the best on-air weather guys in the state.
Vaccinate or lose your job.

Well, that's great in theory, but when we go back to the office, I don't want to be forced up close with unvaccinated people. They can work from home, but I don't want them near me when I don't have a choice in the matter. My neighbour isn't the same thing - I can choose to help her or not.

Why? You're the one vaccinated.
What do you have to be afraid of?

This is where the CDC’s policy of only counting hospitalizations for breakthrough cases is dangerous…

You lost me a bit...Care to explain for the slow folks?

Everybody is believing that they are much safer from spread if they are among other vaccinated individuals, but Delta is spreading through vaccinated groups at only a slightly lower pace than the unvaxxed.

Do you honestly think you are comparing apples to apples? Are you saying the rate of infection is the same, the hospitalizations are the same and the deaths are the same? I don’t think so because you are vaccinated so I am missing something.

Again, if you are vaccinated, what do you have to fear from the unvaccinated?
Seems to me, with the transmissability of Delta, it ought to be the other way around...

Well, the CDC thinks he has a point. This is an excerpt from their 8/2/21 update:
Added a recommendation for fully vaccinated people who have come into close contact with someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 to be tested 3-5 days after exposure, and to wear a mask in public indoor settings for 14 days or until they receive a negative test result.
Now, if the CDC thinks a vaccinated person needs to quarantine and be tested after a viable incubation period, what does that say to everybody?
