This goes back to my Silver Diner disgust. A diner is a diner. Don't try to pretty it up. I don't want award winning Avocado Toast, I don't want Eggs served with a delightful Aioli, I don't want an Omelet Deconstructed... I want meatloaf and gravy or greasy eggs and bacon. I never want to see "dijonaise" ever associated with a Chicago style dog...
