LOL. I never really grokked him in days of yore, but I'm glad you posted that, LuFin. That was outstanding.

At my age, there are few jokes I've not heard.

      This was one of them.

      Fan tas tic.

And Conan was great to play with it.

He always had great timing and a smirk like a punchline was in the next phrase. What a talent. Didn’t know he was sick (or that young) either.

“If you like, remember Jeff Epstein as [a] monster, destroying lives with a wicked nonchalance. But, for me, I will remember him as the man who killed Jeff Epstein.”

A wonderful tribute to him here:

Interesting, just from watching the first few minutes, how much weight he had put on. I guess this was in the midst of his 10 year fight with cancer, and it shows, in an unhealthy way.

We still don't know what he died of, do we?

10 year cancer battle? I've heard him talk about being obsessed with his own death, within that time. I guess that's why.

George, his brother Neil, a retired CBC reporter, stated on the news yesterday that his brother died of a form of leukemia.

Norm recorded a special in front of his computer a little while before he died. It's called Nothing Special, released on Netflix today. Good stuff, I lol'd.
