Unannounced Condom Removal

Is that even a thing? Furtive condom removal?
Yes, it is. It happened to a friend of mine during college years. Her boyfriend said he did it so he "could experience what it feels like without one."
She got pregnant, and he disappeared when she told him the news. She was left to deal with his decision that was made without her consent.
"There oughta be a law ..."

Kinda makes you wonder if they really understand the reason for wearing one in the first place.
Reminds you of wondering what goes through the mind of the driver in front of you when he waits until he's making the turn before signalling that he's turning. I'm like, Do you even know why you're doing that?

Very sorry this happened to hour friend, I hope her life turned out OK despite of this.
As for the law about this ... I'm thinking the general principle should be that if a pregnancy results, all parties involved should be made responsible to finance the necessary pre-natal care and/or termination of that pregnancy. If the pregnancy came to term and a child was birthed into this world, the law should make that douchebag of a "boyfriend" pay child support until the kid dies or reaches legal adulthood. Lots of complications to sort through to figure out buy-out provisions or when to allow restraining order against one party, standard and burden of proof and such.

To do it intentionally is kind of sexual assault, isn’t it? I mean it’s non consensual sexual contact…
-
However, it would be hell to prove.
-
Yeah, but how are you gonna prove it?

Fascinating legal question.
Having intercourse with a woman qualifies as "non-consensual" sexual contact if you remove the condom during the act.
However, leaving it on makes it "consensual?"
I don't get it.
What is so hard to get? If you remove it without consent, then life-changing things can happen. Whether that should be illegal or not, I don't know, but it's for sure an a-hole move.

Indeed. This is a major thing to be sure.
Whether that should be illegal or not, I don't know, but it's for sure an a-hole move.
Agreed, again. My point was to ask the question: "If consensual sexual activity with a condom is OK, does consensual sex where the male removes the condom qualify as sexual assault?
I splitting hairs here, to be sure.
"I'll let you do this" is not sexual assault, but "I'll let you do this unless...." does. If a woman agrees to have sex, does she also have the right to specify the conditions of it?
I really don't know.
Should the guy be held responsible? Hell yeah.
Again, I'm putting on my fake lawyer hat.

I want to know how he got the thing off without the woman noticing what he was doing.
"It slipped out...wait a second...."
I can totally see that.
How does ones pecker just slip out of a condom?
-
@George-K it’s a contact thing. Is there a difference between a grope over a blouse and one under a blouse? I would argue yes.
And not to be crude, but sex with a condom is like enhanced dryhumping…There is a thin degree of difference in the level of intimacy.
