Fish tacos. Didn’t even bother with a side.

      Looks good.

      If only I liked fish.

If only Mrs. George liked tacos as well as fish.

Gotta make some fish tacos again soon. We love it. It always seems more like a summer dish. I never think to make it during the winter.

Jon, how do you prepare the fish? I've had good luck with baking it, and have pan fried it, too. I think it's better baked. Less oil.

Baked would be good, less messy. I just cooked it on the stove following the recipe. Mostly cod but threw in a small piece of salmon that I needed to use. Great spice bath of chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne.

The slaw was the best. Shredded purple cabbage, jalapeño, corn, cilantro, and lime with some mayo holding it together. Gives it a great crunch.

Yes, the slaw usually makes the magic for fish tacos. Your version sounds great. Gotta try that.

Fish tacos are the bomb. Healthy too. Those look great. Got recipe or did you just throw it together?
