Going to have to see a lot of deaths before they bring masks back.

How are you going to keep a mask on a three year-old? And what are the stats of the child catching or transmitting the disease, if unmasked vs. masked?

G2, who will be 3 in a month will NOT wear a mask, despite the cajoling, threats, etc.

          Good luck, Mom & Dad.

            They aren't gone

I had to wear one today in order to wait for my wife in the doctor's office

I believe the "mandate" has not been lifted for healthcare facilities. Two weeks ago, Mrs. George and I were required wear masks at Northwestern.

Our kid's three*. She wore a mask in public with absolutely no problems. None.

                *2 years, 11 months.

                Please love yourself.

Good, you couldn't get my grandson to wear one if you glued it on him.

Not at all surprised. We really lucked out for some reason, but we also tried to tip the odds in our favor. We found some N95s that fit her but for the outer mask, we let her pick out the design she wanted (Frozen), we got matching ones, and made a kind of game of wearing them. Now she's a fan of Mask Time.

So yes, I have a Frozen mask. It has Kristoff and Sven on it.

                    I rock that shit.

                    Please love yourself.

@Aqua-Letifer ours turned 3 in May. We knew we had flights coming up (starting in March 2021) so we got her used to wearing a mask this past winter when went in the condo elevator or in stores. She did well, and she rocked hers (we got some really good/adjustable ones from crayola). Anyway, she ended up doing perfectly on the flights.

That being said, we never have her wear one now (now that we’ve moved into a house) and she starts preschool in Sept. My wife and I said we won’t be sending her if they require masks. Not worth the trouble…
