Every day since the lockdown, this guy comes out at about 5 pm. Always at a different location, and does this.

By the way, I walked past a house that had "Begin Your Silly Walk Here" chalked onto the sidewalk.

I liked it in Amelia Island where every night at dusk a guy would come out and play the bagpipes. He was far enough away that it sounded good.
