She sounded to me like somebody who was quite nervous, but wanted to speak.

Trump has surrounded himself with "yes men" who nod their heads with what Trump wants to hear. A true leader wouldn't discount someone's ACTUAL experience on the ground with "that's not what I HEAR". Ugh, what an embarrassment. And yes, I'm a conservative.
