I think there are a number of House Democrats that they can get to go against the party on this as well.

Nadler and the NY delegation said they'll not support it unless there's a change in the SALT deduction, presumably because they want to give tax breaks to the wealthy.

Look at the broad popular support for Biden’s infrastructure package and you can plainly see that many of these Senate Republicans would not be voting by the views and desires of their constituents if indeed they all vote against it,

You should encourage the citizens to vote these people out of office. They are elected to represent the desires of the citizens.
