Do you know what will save us from an evil group taking over the internet?
It's not security mechanisms, or encryption, or passwords. It's software interoperability, or rather, the lack thereof. It's just too damn hard and too much work to make everything fit together.

Thanks for your hard work, @klaus.

Just a quick note, though not sure if anything can be done.
@George-K mentioning Just Me made me think of it.
If you go to the old forum board, and are not logged in, there is a notice that the board has moved, but does not give any information on where to it has moved. Is there any chance of adding the link to this new forum board in that message? I know that the odds are very small that an "old" forum person will check out the old board having forgotten their log in information, but it may happen. And they would never know where the new board is.

The very top pinned thread has it
But if you are not logged in, you cannot see any of the threads.
The picture above is if I go to that website without logging in. You cannot access anything without logging in.
I was thinking that someone may remember the website, but will have forgotten their log in information. Very slim chance, I do know probably.

I have deliberately made the content non-public to search machines etc. I figured it would be a good opportunity to remove a considerable amount of private information about us from the next decades of search algorithm advances. Members can still look up past stuff by logging in.

I am not sure if spoiler works anymore either.

And at the bottom of every page I am seeing a huge count of the number of members online and posts and such. It’s kind of disconcerting when you aren’t used to it.
