I think this article is incorrect for a couple of reasons:
I think it is "empty talk" about adding judges to the Supreme Court of the US. From what I have hear and read, there would not be enough interest from either side to do this. It is a (somewhat) small group of Democrats that want to do this.
The article says:
"And the Roberts court has been remarkably resistant to taking up significant 2A cases since McDonald."When I looked up that case, it was decide in 2010!! So, to say or suggest that not doing gun cases is because of President Biden and his threat to add judges makes no sense.
