What was most alarming, Inspector Beaven-Desjardins said, was that many of the arrests were of people who worked with or closely interacted with children.
Among those arrested were 40 school teachers, nine doctors and nurses, six law enforcement personnel, nine pastors and priests and three foster parents, she said.

Kudos to the people working these cases. I’ve read about accounts of people who can’t shake the images from their mind.
Many people can’t do this work for very long.

I've known some. They said if they hadn't gotten out they would have been in for murder. I can believe that.

No they don't. They need to be killed. They need to be shot dead where they stand. They don't deserve to draw another breath.
