They've arrested the WV rep and also the guy who sat in Pelosi's office.
When I first read this I thought it said VW rep. I thought, why a Volkswagen dealer?
Okay, so I'm sometimes lysdexic when in a hurry.

Set an example to all violent protests. Prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
I would love a precedent and don’t think it’s important to look back, just apply evenly go forward!
If you don't go back and prosecute all the Leftists and Antifa who have burned, pillaged and yep, probably even raped, they're sending a message all right.
The wrong message...
I mostly agree. The people who invaded the Capitol thought they were rescuing the nation from tyranny. They were clearly inspired by the President's words and perceived direction.
The folks who looted last summer or the idiots in Portland had no noble goal - just self enrichment - pure criminality.

I also mostly agree, at least in principle. But it must be remembered that timing is everything. Lawyers -- especially defense lawyers -- are adept at tactics to stretch the passage of time between offense and trial. The longer the time, the lesser the outrage. I'd rather nail this bunch NOW and let past offenders go.

Then send the message to over 70,000,000 voters about who and what is important.

Is that for real?

It’s a joke or disinformation or a trap but who knows it could give Trump some ideas.
Yes, it might give him ideas.
But, would he be willing to risk disfavor with the next administration?

I don't think I've ever seen such a flabby group of pasty looking revolutionaries.
At least the French had the decency to send in hot topless women to accompany their revolting menfolk.
